Avinguda Diagonal/ Torre Agbar- Barcelona

After doing many researches (which are price, easy access to metro/bus/tram, reviews in TripAdvisor, good neighbourhood, availability of shops/supermarket/ restaurants nearby) we have decided to stay in Hotel Diagonal Barcelona. (here is the link of the hotel(http://www.hoteles-silken.com/en/hotels/diagonal-barcelona/) It was a very pleasant experience. Everything was as expected and the room was modern, spacious and neat. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There was a shopping mall called Centro Comercial Glòries across the road which have about 250 shops and  free parking.  One of the biggest supermarket chains called Carrefour is also located inside the mall and it was so handy that we could get our water/snacks/ fruits for each day easily from there. The mall also had a food court on ground floor which has so many lovely restaurants. We didn’t realise when we booked the hotel that we were staying next door to this amazing building! check out the photos below of Torre Agbar, it looks glorious at night!
